Public offer

This public offer is the official proposal of "glassom*home" (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to conclude a purchase agreement for goods remotely, according to the terms defined below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer is a public proposal by the Seller to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to conclude a purchase agreement for goods through the Seller's online store.

1.2. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of this offer by the Buyer by placing an order on the Seller's website.

2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for them under the terms of this agreement.

2.2. The assortment, quantity, and price of goods are specified on the Seller's website at the time the Buyer places an order.

3. Order Placement Procedure

3.1. The Buyer selects the goods, places an order, and agrees to the terms of this offer.

3.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives confirmation via the provided email address or phone.

4. Price of Goods and Payment Terms

4.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the Seller’s website and include all taxes except VAT (the Seller is not a VAT payer).

4.2. The Buyer may pay for the goods via bank card, electronic payment systems, or bank transfer.

4.3. Payment for the goods is made at the time of placing the order.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1. Delivery is handled exclusively by Nova Post or EMS (Ukrpost), following the carrier’s terms and rates.

5.2. The delivery period is up to 21 days.

5.3. Responsibility for the delivery of the goods passes to the carrier once the goods are handed over.

6. Return Policy

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used and retain their original condition.

6.2. Return shipping is at the Buyer's expense.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods meet the stated specifications at the time of transfer to the Buyer.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for failure or improper performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

8. Other Terms

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this offer at any time without prior notice to the Buyer.

8.2. The agreement takes effect upon the Buyer’s acceptance of this offer and is valid until the parties have fulfilled all obligations.
